and Motivating the Maturing Worker
This
course is designed for executives, managers, and leaders who want to understand
the workforce trends regarding worker maturity and to explore techniques
for effectively managing maturing workers within their organizations. We
will discuss historical patterns for „Generation X, Generation Y, Baby Boomers,
and other worker segments and their respective implications on current management
