2. The teams will be able to analyze each team member’s characteristics in terms of twelve essential team building factors. (Control, Social, Patience, Precision/Quality, Ambition, Results Orientation, Emotions, Composure, Analysis, Team Play, Positive Expectancy, Error Correction)
3. The team will be able to analyze the team’s overall profile in terms of essential team characteristics and to develop strategies for utilizing team strengths and building areas of weakness.
