The Profile measures essential data an employer needs to make betterhiring, training, managing, and promoting decisions. The Profile employs advanced technology that predicts job suitability and accurately matches peoplewith the work they do.
The Profile is an all-purpose assessment that measures the qualities that make up "The Total Person" - Thinking-style and Reasoning. Occupational Interests, and Behavioral Traits.
